At Thesupermade®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
